Meltem Yılmaz Coşar graduated with honors from Başkent University, where she entered on a full scholarship in 2018. In 2021, she completed her thesis-based master's degree in the Department of Physiology at Ege University Medical School. During her master's program, she acquired practical cell culture training and an animal use certificate, enhancing her laboratory techniques. Her master's thesis focused on investigating the protective effects of Epigallocatechin-3-gallate and resveratrol on neuronal cells against hydrogen peroxide damage. In October 2021, she presented her master's thesis research as an oral communication at the 46th National Physiology Congress. In 2022, she began her doctoral studies in the Department of Physiology at the Health Sciences University Medical School. Throughout this period, she continued to improve her laboratory skills by participating in organoid models in cell culture and applied stem cell courses both domestically and internationally. Since 2022, she has been serving as an instructor at İstinye University School of Health Services
