Istanbul University Florence Nightingale in 2020 Kaya graduated from the Faculty of Nursing, Department of Nursing. After graduation, he worked in the emergency room of a public hospital in Istanbul between 2021-2024. In 2024, her master's degree with thesis was completed at Istanbul Medipol University, Department of Internal Medicine Nursing. He has been on the academic staff as a Lecturer at İstinye University First and Emergency Aid Program since October 2024.
